Dedicated to excellence

Brendon Clark
Resident Trainer
Brendon, originally from Australia, grew up training rope horses. In 2003 he came to the United States, where he pursued a career in bull riding with the PBR. After retiring in 2014, Brendon found a new passion in the cow horse industry and has trained for Red Arrow Ranch since 2017. One of his most exciting achievements within the (horse) arena was his 2022 NRCHA Open Derby win on CR Hes A Tuff One. Outside of the arena, Brendon enjoys studying rodeo statistics and commentating for the PBR. Brendon has a 9 year-old son, Casyn, and has been married to his wife, Lizzy, since October 2022.

Lizzy Horve Clark
Breeding Manager & Resident Trainer
Since 2018, Lizzy has been successfully running Clark Performance Horses alongside her husband, Brendon Clark. In 2014, she joined Red Arrow Ranch to give riding lessons, and her integral role in breeding decisions and horse purchases has played a significant part in shaping the ranch’s success. Apart from her involvement in the horse business, Lizzy enjoys activities such as yoga, fitness, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and her two beloved dogs, Cameron and Stevie Nix.

Jennifer LeMere
Breeding Division
Jennifer began showing horses 1995, traversing states from California to Oklahoma, competing in horse shows along the way. In 1998, feeling the need for a pause, she developed an interest in Equine Reproduction. After attending The Breeders Assistant, an equine reproductive school in Tomball, TX, she quickly discovered her true calling and passion. Jennifer relishes every facet of the breeding business, particularly its dynamic and ever-evolving nature, providing her with opportunities to learn something new every day. Guiding future foals through various life stages—flushing mares, embryo transfers, implantation into recipients, foaling, nurturing them, and witnessing their journeys to the winner’s circle—brings her immense fulfillment. Above all, the delivery of a healthy foal remains Jennifer’s favorite part of the entire process. 2024 is the first year Jennifer will be joining the Red Arrow Ranch Team, at our brand new facility. She will be one of three Head of Mare & Foal Operations

Danielle Goodan
Breeding Division
Danielle has been involved with horses her entire life. In 2019, the barn Danielle was boarding at had begun to breed their own horses, and she had taken an interest in learning. Danielle recalls, “As I watched and learned all the different aspects of breeding, I found it so fascinating and rewarding, and I knew I wanted to be involved.” Her interest extended beyond breeding horses to encompass all facets of reproductive care, including mare care, assisting with foaling, and handling foals in the initial weeks after their arrival. 2024 is the first year Danielle will be joining the Red Arrow Ranch Team at our brand new facility – being one of the three that are the Head of Mare & Foal Operations.

Abby Norris
Breeding Division
Horses have been a lifelong passion for Abby Norris, even though her family didn’t share that interest. Growing up in Santa Cruz, California—where surfing was the popular pastime—her love of horses began at an early age. After exploring several disciplines, she discovered a deep love for reining in 2009 and was introduced to a very special horse named Royal Montana. She didn’t know it then, but Royal Montana’s owner, Jennifer LeMere, would later become her lifelong friend and now coworker. Today, Royal Montana helps teach Abby’s children to ride, and her passion has expanded into equine reproduction. Over the past several years, Abby has honed her skills in equine reproduction and is eager to continue learning. Her dedication to horses continues to shape her life, both in and out of the arena.
